Individuals who want to become an MSL and would like to learn more about the role and how the selection process works.
Learning objectives:
- Define desirable MSL traits and competencies
- Recognise what recruiting MSL managers look for
- Explore how the selection process works, including the various techniques used
- Assess or refine your approach to the ideal MSL job
Pre-requisites:
Attendees must be active MSLA members
